Four world famous rival archaeologists are about to embark upon an adventure which will take them into the heart of Central America. Hidden deep among the flora and the fauna of the tropical rain forest, lies the ruins of the ancient city of Palenque. There the four explorers encounter mysteries, intrigue, and danger as they search the ancient temples for the hidden treasures of the Maya.

How Palenque is Played:
Each archaeologist must recover certain treasures from the ancient Maya temples and be the first to return to the "Great Palace" to capture a prize each is willing to risk his/her life for.
